LAS Warranty Policy Statement
LAS suspensions by LA Sport 4WD Megastores Group, warrants the suspension product to the original purchaser only.
LA Sport will not warrant a product that is mixed with any other products than LAS Suspension.
LAS suspension parts that has failed for reasons other than normal wear and tear and are used for any type of racing or modified suspensions that is no longer to LAS specification is not covered by any warranties.
LAS Suspension parts is not covered as a result of any accident.
LA Sport only warrants products supplied by LA Sport this excludes any other OE components.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of warranty to apply for claim. Photos must be submitted with each claim, if not the claim will be void.
LAS suspension parts fitted must be checked every 30000km to apply for a full warranty, if not warranty will be void.
LAS suspension parts that has been damaged during installation or has been modified to fit does not apply to warranty.
LAS Accessories Warranty Procedure
Suspension components that is claimed to be faulty are to be returned to your nearest LA Sport Branch or LAS Dealer.
Thereafter inspection of those components on the vehicle which they were initially fitted will take place by a LAS Dealer or after specific consent from LA Sport Head Office.
Labour charges sustained in the removal and fitting of LAS suspension parts are the responsibility of the client and will not be compensated by LA Sport 4WD Megastores Group (Pty) Ltd.
Cost incurred regarding freight charges in the delivery to and from your nearest LAS Stockist, in relation to any warranty claims on LAS suspension components, are the responsibility of the client.
Excluded from warranty are any claims where cause of failure is due to over tightening of mounts of shocks, faulty fitment and tightening of spring shackle bushes or mating of new polyurethane bushes with old or worn shackles and pins.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the suspension installation form, correctly filled out by the LAS Stockist at the time of fitment, as well as a set of photos.
Failure to do so may void the warranty.
